Refund and Cancellations Policy

HXPLAIN DIGITAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Hxplain”/ “We”/ “Us”/ “Our”) is engaged in the provision of and offering courses in skill development, training and specialist courses to healthcare professionals for the purpose of continuing their professional education through the Hxplain website [www.hxplain.co] and mobile application (“Services”), to Medical Professionals and other individuals engaged in the medical and healthcare field including but not limited to nurses and paramedics (“User”).

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms relating to the cancellation of purchase of course and issue of refunds by Hxplain to Users.  Users shall be eligible for refunds subject to the following:

  • Eligibility: Any Users shall be eligible for refund pursuant to cancellation of their subscription/account on the Hxplain website and/or mobile application (“Platform”) provided that any refund request is raised in the manner as dictated in this Policy and within the duration of: 
  • Partial viewing of one video of any course purchased, within twenty four (24) hours from the purchase and access being granted to the User to view such course’s videos; 
  • In the event that the User has not watched even a single video following twenty four (24) hours of the purchase of such course, the window for acceptance of the refund request shall be extended to forty eight (48) hours from the time of purchase of such course. In the event that the User fails to watch even a single video following forty-eight (48) hours, the window for acceptance of a refund request cannot be extended any further, under any circumstances whatsoever. 
  • Decision on Refund: Any and all refund request raised by the Users shall be subject to evaluation by Hxplain and the successful refund shall be subject to Hxplain’s sole discretion and satisfaction. Any decision made by Hxplain on any refund request raised shall be final and binding on the User.
  • Mode of Refund: It is hereby clarified that the refund shall be issued back to the original source account which was used for payment during purchase of the course for which refund is issued. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days post our issue of the refund for the same to be reflected in your source account. All payments made through the Platform including but not limited to purchase and refund shall be undertaken by a third party payment gateway Razorpay (“Third Party”) and Hxplain shall bear no responsibility and/or liability whatsoever in this regard. 
  • In the event that the User has not received the refund within the above mentioned seven (7) day period, then the User may contact us at [email protected]  As all refunds and payments made through the Platform are managed by a Third Party, Hxplain shall facilitate the process of refund but bears no liability/responsibility in the event of non-receipt of refund amount during the abovementioned seven (7) day period. 
  • Hxplain reserves the right to modify/ replace this Policy at any time, as deemed fit by us, without any prior notice to the User.
  • The User hereby confirms and acknowledges that the User has read and understood the terms set out in this Policy and accept the same. Further, the User hereby undertakes not to dispute the refund terms provided under this Policy, and shall accept the decision of Hxplain with respect to any refund request as final and/or raise any claims beyond the scope provided under this Policy.
